DONGS TCK1000 CNC Horizontal Turning Center
DONGS TCK1000 is a horizontal turning center developed for high-efficiency CNC turning of very large and heavy workpieces. With Ø900 mm maximum turning diameter, 6060 mm maximum turning length and Ø375 mm maximum spindle bore, it is suited for large-diameter pipes, valves, flanges, oil & gas equipment, hydraulic components, aerospace and shipbuilding heavy parts. The TCK1000 series features a high-rigidity slant-bed structure, 500 mm X-axis travel, ±100 mm Y-axis travel, 55 kW main spindle motor power and large spindle bore options for heavy cutting operations.
